Clan Ravenholdt needs Grunts and Shamans. Will it be YOU ?

So as we all know Clan Ravenholdt is becoming 7 days old shortly. What does 7 days mean to you? Well to me it means that it is time for promotion!

Now we have 2 promotion ranks. The Grunt and the Shaman.

-Grunt-

-Advantages-
-As a grunt you will be much more respected and trusted than you would be as a Peon. Grunt rank basicly means "I am here to stay". It also means that you are a somewhat experienced BoW player, capable of leading raids, if needed.
-As a grunt you may advance to Shaman rank.
-Grunt title on our forum.
-Acces to our Clan Bot.

-How to become?-
-Proffesion level of 10 or higher.
-Been in the clan for more than 7 days.
-A microphone.
-50 posts +.

If you are interested in becoming a grunt, write a application via PM to Sverkerman.
The application should explain why Clan Ranvenholdt needs you as a grunt and how you could contribuate to a better community.

-Shaman-

-Advantages-
-As a shaman you have no rules, you create the rules. You make sure that people behave, you keep our forum clean and you lead your own raids.
-A shaman can temporary be promoted to Chieftain if he is going away for vedication etc.
-As a shaman you will have the highest priority in the whole clan.
-Admin status over Clan Bot.

-How to become?-
In order to advance to the shaman rank you need to have following:
-125 posts +.
-A microphone.
-Very Helpfull personality.
-Recruited over 10 members.

Remove proffesion recuirment for grunt, some people don't enjoy proffesions, and proffesions doesen't make you a good and trusty player.
Otherwise looks OK

(Oh, and perhaps +50 post too, you should'nt promote spam)

Btw how many Grunts can there be?

First off, new rule makes you unable to spam.

Second, How many grunts can there be? Unlimited.

Thirdly, Profession requirement will persist. Reason for this is that you need to be well geared. Grunt equals well geared, experienced player. However, if you have gear and really hate professions and therefor did not reach level 10 yet but still wants to become a grunt, you should add that to your application and I will concider it.

Maximum of 100 player's per clan.
Minimun 1 chieften.No chieften = no clan
So 99 player's can be grunts in maximun.
